Terms and Conditions of Service
    Customer Responsibilities:

    1.        A nonrefundable Deposit of 25% estimated total service cost is to be received with miniatures and signed
    service agreement before work begins. If miniatures are shipped from a third party, the Customer must sign and
    return completed form with deposit.

    2.        All shipping costs to and from PM are to be paid by the Customer. Shipping options available are United
    States Parcel Service, United Parcel Service, and FedEx.  Purchase of shipping insurance is recommended.

    3.        Customer is responsible for all costs associated with purchases of miniatures. If arranged through PM,
    items can be purchased with costs applied to deposit.

    4.        Payments
    a. Deposit and final payment options accepted are personal check, money order, cash, and PayPal. Orders paid
    with personal check or money order will be held until the payment is cleared.

    b. Final payment with included shipping costs minus Deposit is due within 30 days of notice of order completion. If
    payment is not made in full within 30 days the order will be considered abandoned by the Customer. All
    abandoned orders and items become property of PM.

    Service to Customer:

    Upon receipt of Items to PM, the Customer will be notified and an order number will be assigned. Customer’s Items
    will be held by PM until completed. The order will be made to the Customer’s specifications. When final payment is
    received order will be shipped via courier service of Customer’s choice.
